You are here: Home > News > Energy Research Groups ESRC Energy Research Groups evaluationCAG Consultants have recently started an evaluation of the policy and practice impact of three university energy research groups, on behalf of the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). We are looking at the Sussex Energy Centre (University of Sussex), Electricity Policy Research Group (University of Cambridge) and RESOLVE (University of Surrey) over a period of five years of ESRC funding. The evaluation is exploring how these bodies influenced policy makers, the energy industry and the third sector and in particular what were the key routes to impact of influencing mechanisms.
